Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love what you ordered. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less any shipping and handling). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused condition and any components must be in the original packaging. Note: We do not accept products that are intimate such as bib shorts or pants or headphones for hygienic reasons. Thanks.
To start your request for a refund, please contact Customer Support. A confirmation email will be sent with your Return Authorization Number, mailing address, and shipping and packing recommendations. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not cover expenses of return shipping for refunds and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. Contact your bank if the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
